Thoughts of Women Behind the Music

Although there are significantly more men working behind the scenes of the music industry, there are still some women. These women, most working in the music industry and briefly share their difficulties and answer some questions. One woman, Julie, involved in a recording group, makes a comment: “Female artists in general often deal with being bullied out of what they know is best for themselves (their fashion, music, etc.).” So not only do women rarely work behind the scenes, but when they do they may come across troubles. In this article the women answer questions that some might have about what they deal with daily.
